We hereby inform that, on 11th April, 2025, 468.751.000,00 EUR of bonds of REPÚBLICA PORTUGUESA (REPRESENTADA PELO IGCP) shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 3,875. - 15 FEB.2030", under the code OTEROE (ISIN PTOTEROE0014). These bonds are fungible with 7.560.513.491,05 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 8.029.264.491,05 EUR).
