We hereby inform that, on 7th March, 2025, 200.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of company Transportes Aéreos Portugueses, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "Transportes Aéreos Portugueses/2024 - Reg S BOOK-ENTRY INTEREST Fixed Rate Senior Notes due 2029", under the code TAPFOM (ISIN PTTAPFOM0003). These bonds are fungible with 370.500.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 570.500.000,00 EUR).
