We hereby inform that, on 2nd December, 2024, 15.000.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 100.000,00 EUR, of the company LEASE PLAN Portugal - Comércio e Aluguer de Automóveis e Equipamentos, LDA, shall be registered, regarding the issue "LEASE PLAN PORTUGAL - EURO COMERCIAL PAPER - EUR 15.000.000 - 02/12/2025", under the code L15QJM (ISIN PTL15QJM0009).
This issue will be cancelled on 2nd December, 2025.
