We hereby inform that, on 25th March, 2024, 2.800.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company GENEROUSRAIN, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "GENEROUSRAIN/2021-up to EUR 35.000.000 NOTES DUE 2026", under the code GNNAOM (ISIN PTGNNAOM0000). These bonds are fungible with 25.800.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 28.600.000,00 EUR).
