Driving sustainability strategy at board level 

The programme is organised in collaboration with Wikborg Rein and PwC with a focus on Sustainability and ESG reporting, how to manage ESG risks and liabilities and how to measure and deal with diverse stakeholder groups. The training is addressed to Board Members, aspiring board members, Board and Company Secretaries as well as CEOs and members of Executive committees.

Topics include:

• Current regulatory framework: EU Taxonomy, CSRD and ESRS
• Governance of sustainability
• Risk management and ESG impact approaches
• A relevant, real-life case study

The faculty

Local Norwegian field experts have been engaged to provide a well-rounded and wide view of the subject and topics of the training.
