The training programme, addressed to Board Members of Norwegian companies and their management, is designed as a refresher course that covers duties and responsibilities of the board and Board members, as well as tasks and possible pitfalls.

Capital Market funding options, the role of the Board and the most regulatory trends are the central focus areas on the agenda for this training sessions. This course aims at helping Board members meet their continuing obligations and support listed companies in their growth trajectory.

The programme is organised in collaboration with Carnegie AS and Advokatfirmaet Schjødt.
