Continuing Obligations for Debt Issuers

Virtual classroom in Norwegian

This half-day course is addressed to all debt issuers admitted to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs and Nordic ABM. The course is designed to cover the debt issuer’s main obligations, including the key disclosure and transparency rules under the Market Abuse regulation. 

A set of real-life cases, best practices and useful tips will be presented during the training, with the aim to help companies ensure alignment with the most recent regulatory requirements.

The training is addressed to legal and compliance employees, C-suites and IR departments, and aims to provide delegates with a solid understanding of:

•    The regulatory framework for bond issuers
•    Inside information and duty of disclosure
•    Other disclosure obligations for bond issuers  
•    Primary insiders
•    Equal treatment
•    Buy-back of bonds
 

The faculty

The course will be held by Cecilie Bøe, Managing Associate at the law firm BAHR.  The speaker is expert in equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and capital raises. She regularly advises public companies and their executive management and board members on equity capital market matters and securities regulation. Cecilie also has experience from Oslo Børs where she worked at the Listing department.
