Continuing Obligations for listed companies

The programme, addressed to all issuers admitted to trading on Oslo Børs, Euronext Expand and Euronext Growth Oslo, aims to support issuers throughout their life as a public company.

The course covers major topics related to listed companies obligations under the Market Abuse Regulation, key disclosure rules and other regulatory requirements that would enhance the company transparency and compliance with the regulatory framework, thus increasing shareholders’ trust.

The training is mainly addressed to Legal and compliance departments, Financial analysts and IR departments, and it aims to provide the delegates with a solid understanding of:

  • The Market Abuse Regulation (MAR),
  • Inside information, duty of disclosure and deferred disclosure
  • Other duty of disclosure pursuant to Oslo Børs rules
  • The regulations for primary insiders
  • Equal treatment
  • Supervision and sanctions
     

The faculty

The course will be held by Pernille Woxen Burum, Specialist Partner at the law firm BAHR. The speaker holds an extensive and special expertise within the stock exchange and securities legislation, including the Market Abuse Regulation, as well as capital market transactions, such as IPOs, share issues, mergers and acquisitions.
