  • Market capitalisation of €5 billion
  • 73rd listing on Euronext in 2026

Paris – 28 October 2026 – Euronext today congratulates Warehouses de Pauw, a leading player in the logistics real estate sector, on its listing on Euronext in Paris (ticker code: WDP). WDP is already listed on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam.

WDP is an integrated European logistics real estate platform that develops, invests in and manages logistics and industrial real estate across Europe. Its portfolio comprises approximately 9 million m² across approximately 350 sites in six European countries, namely Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and Romania, strategically located along major European logistics corridors, with a growing presence in Italy and Spain. WDP combines local market expertise with a client-centric and solution-oriented approach and swift decision-making to support its clients’ evolving supply chain needs and drive sustainable long-term growth across Europe. Following its listings on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam, WDP is taking a further step in the development of its European platform by joining Euronext Paris.

At market opening on Wednesday 28 October 2026, the share price was €19.15 based on the closing price on 27 October 2026. This gave the company a market value of €5 billion.

Joost Uwents, CEO of WDP, said: “France is a key market in WDP’s European growth strategy and an essential part of our ambition to support our clients across Europe. Having significantly expanded our presence in the country in recent years, our listing on Euronext Paris is a logical extension of this development, strengthening our visibility among French and international investors and reinforcing our European capital markets profile. This milestone is particularly meaningful in light of our proposed combination with ARGAN1, which would significantly strengthen our position in France and further reinforce our ambition to build a leading European logistics real estate platform.”
