Oslo – 24 September 2026 – Euronext today congratulates Outlet Group Holding ASA (ticker code: OUTLT), a Norway-based value retailer offering sports equipment, apparel, footwear, toys and creative supplies, on its listing on Euronext Oslo Børs. This is the 65th admission on Euronext in 2026. 

Outlet Group operates through two complementary retail concepts: Sport Outlet, its core business within sports, outdoor and fitness products, and Kids Outlet, which was launched in 2025 and represents the Group’s expansion into toys and creative supplies. Today, the Group operates 145 stores in Norway, whereof 119 are Sports Outlet stores and 23 are Kids Outlet, alongside three Sport Outlet in Poland. 

The listing follows an initial public offering comprising an institutional offering, a retail offering and an employee offering. The offering was priced at NOK 33 per share, corresponding to a total transaction size of approximately NOK 1.3 billion, of which around NOK 500 million in gross proceeds was raised by the company. The offering attracted significant interest from institutional and retail investors and welcomed more than 4,000 new shareholders.

A total of 111,551,515 shares were admitted to trading. At market opening, the share price was NOK 33 per share, giving Outlet Group a market capitalisation of NOK 3.68 billion this morning.
