Oslo – 28 August 2026 – Euronext today congratulates OMC Tankers Ltd. (ticker code: OMC), a shipping company, on its admission to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. This is the 57th admission on Euronext in 2026.
OMC Tankers is a crude oil tanker owner spun off from Bruton Limited. The company owns eight VLCC newbuildings currently under construction at two shipyards in China, with scheduled deliveries between January 2028 and August 2029. OMC Tankers is incorporated in Bermuda.
OMC Tankers was admitted to trading with 61,923,808 shares, that were distributed to Bruton shareholders, with each Bruton share entitling its holder to one OMC Tankers share.
At market opening today, the share price was NOK 28.605 per share, giving the company a market capitalisation of NOK 1.771 billion on its first day of trading.
