NYSE Euronext welcomes SICA INVEST S.A. on NYSE Alternext

Brussels, 30 December 2009 – Today, the 508,989 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of Sica Invest (symbol: SICV) were admitted to trading on NYSE Alternext.

Sica Invest: www.sicainvest.com - is an investment company investing mainly in small caps listed on the Free Market and NYSE Alternext in Brussels and in Paris. This admission takes place after a capital increase by means of a private placement for an amount of €5.1 million subscribed by investors. At the reference price of €9.16, the market capitalization of the company amounts to €4.66 million.
