Milan – 22 July 2026 – Euronext today congratulates Giunti Psychometrics Holding on its listing on Euronext Growth Milan.

Giunti Psychometrics is an Italian company specialising in psychometrics, psychological assessment and professional training. With more than 75 years of experience, it combines scientific knowledge, technology and local market expertise to develop and deliver scientifically validated tools, digital platforms, training and specialised services. Its solutions span clinical and educational evaluation, talent assessment and development, large-scale selection processes, training for psychology and mental health professionals, and other assessment solutions for mobility and licensing. 

Giunti Psychometrics, marking Euronext’s 51st admission of 2026, is the first company listed on Euronext Growth Milan to adopt the equity direct distribution at IPO and to manage the retail tranche, in the global offering context.

Overall, the company raised a total of €17.1 million, including the potential exercise of the overallotment option. Excluding the exercise of the over-allotment option, the amount raised is €15 million. 

The implicit valuation indicated by the company, taking into account the various categories of shares, is approximately €60 million.
