  • 49th listing on Euronext in 2026
  • The company raised €101 million
  • Market capitalisation at IPO is €1.01 billion

Milan – 14 July 2026 – Euronext today congratulates Gens Aurea on its listing on Euronext Milan.

Gens Aurea is a leading European group operating in the buying and selling of gold and precious metals, with over twenty years’ experience in the market and registered with the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM).

The Group, backed since 2019 by DVC Partners, a pan-European private equity firm, operates in four key areas: gold buying, jewellery, investment gold and buy-back. It operates with a vertically integrated business model due to an ecosystem of 8 brands (OroCash, Luxury Zone, GioiaPura, Alfieri & St.John, OroCaja, Super Efectivo, OuroCaixa, OroCash Invest).

The Group handled over 11 tonnes of gold in 2025, with a turnover of more than €830 million, growing at a CAGR of +84% between 2023 and 2025, an adjusted EBITDA of €105.2 million and more than 530 physical outlets across 5 countries.

Gens Aurea represents Euronext’s 49th listing in 2026.

The free float at the time of admission is 10%, and the company's market capitalisation at the IPO is €1.01 billion.

In the placement phase, Gens Aurea raised €101 million, excluding any potential exercise of the over-allotment option. Should the over-allotment option be exercised in full, the total proceeds raised will amount to €111 million.

Fabio Godano, CEO of Gens Aurea, said: “Over the years, we have built a distinctive platform in the European gold and precious metals market, combining a widespread retail presence, qualified industrial expertise, solid relationships with leading smelters, supply chain control, innovation and strict compliance. Our growth has been driven by the strength of our brands, the quality of our customer service and our ability to operate efficiently and responsibly in a highly regulated and still very fragmented sector. Today marks the beginning of a new phase for Gens Aurea. The listing represents a strategic milestone in our growth journey: it will enable us to increase the Group’s visibility, strengthen its institutional profile and create the conditions to continue our development, including through our role as a European consolidator in the sector. We are proud to share with the market and all stakeholders our story, our industrial model and the growth opportunities we see for the coming years.”
