Milan – 27 July 2026 – Euronext today congratulates First Point on its listing on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker code: FPT).

First Point is an Italian solution provider, operating in the Telecommunications (TLC) and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) sectors, with more than twenty years of experience in delivering integrated solutions to business customers. Specialising in the insurance agency segment and serving Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), pharmaceutical companies and professional firms, the company supports its clients' digital transformation through connectivity, voice, cloud, IT outsourcing and cybersecurity services. 

First Point represents Euronext’s 52nd listing in 2026.

The admission and issue price of First Point shares was set at €1 per share. Not including the exercise of the overallotment option, the amount raised is €0.9 million. Market capitalisation of the ordinary shares was € 4.1 million on the day of listing.
