  • The new companies come from 9 Italian regions, operate across 11 strategic sectors and have combined revenue of more than €600 million
  • The ELITE ecosystem now includes more than 2,100 companies, with aggregate revenue of €230 billion

Milan, 21 October 2026 - ELITE, the Euronext ecosystem that supports small and medium-sized enterprises in their growth journeys and in accessing private and public capital markets, today welcomes 17 Italian companies.

The new companies represent 11 key sectors for the country's economy: a strong diversification ranging from chemicals to agri-food, construction to technological innovation, as well as energy and industrial services. These businesses record an aggregate turnover of €608 million and are ready to implement their development and expansion strategies in both domestic and international markets.

The admission of these companies into ELITE – supported by BDO Italia, Page Executive and Studio Legale Rinaldi Associati, with the technical contribution of Tecno – enables them to join a pan-European network of partners and investors, whilst also developing their expertise. The ELITE journey guides the ecosystem's companies towards adopting alternative finance instruments and offers top-tier management training programmes. This programme provides a strategic lever to boost corporate visibility and successfully steer internationalisation plans.

ELITE currently includes more than 2,100 businesses and a network of 200 institutional partners across Europe. Operating in 24 countries and spanning 36 key sectors, the participating companies have an aggregate turnover of €230 billion. ELITE's primary objective is to support corporate growth, accompanying companies towards global financial markets. The success of this evidenced by the figures: in addition to recording nearly 2,000 M&A transactions worth €63 billion by 611 companies, the network has supported the listing of 71 companies, raising over €5 billion, and has also helped 156 companies issue 221 corporate bonds worth €2.4 billion.

Marta Testi, CEO of ELITE – Euronext Group, said: "Every new cohort joining ELITE tells a story of ambition, growth and entrepreneurial vision. The seventeen companies we welcome today represent eleven key sectors of the Italian economy and bear witness to our enterprises' ability to innovate, compete and create value. Through ELITE, we continue to build a community of entrepreneurs who share experiences, capabilities and strategic relationships, enabling them to tackle the challenges of growth and internationalisation with greater resilience”.
