Milan – 30 July 2026 – Euronext today congratulates EHI! on its listing on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker code: EHI).

EHI! is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) conceived by the Capital Markets team of illimity Bank, now part of Banca Ifis Group. The company was established to identify Italian SMEs that exhibit strong industrial foundations and substantial untapped growth potential.

EHI! targets companies that would benefit from a combination of increased capital, governance, managerial expertise and access to capital markets. Through an operational approach focused on sustainable value creation, EHI! aims to support businesses in their growth, organisational transformation, managerial strengthening and succession planning processes.

The admission and issue price of EHI! shares was set at €10 per share, raising €35 million at listing.

EHI! represents Euronext’s 54th listing and it is the first SPAC listing on Euronext markets in 2026.
