  • 56th listing on Euronext in 2026

Milan – 31 July 2026 – Euronext today congratulates Dipietro Group, a company based in Siracusa with over thirty years’ experience as a systems integrator in the Oil & Gas, chemical and energy sectors, on its listing on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker code: DPG).

Dipietro Group’s core business involves the integration of complex systems and bespoke solutions: analyser houses for continuous process and environmental analysis, turnkey’ laboratories and industrial workshops, monitoring systems for critical machinery, and service and maintenance activities. The group oversees the entire production process, from the initial consultancy and budgeting stages through to installation and after-sales support. Operating in the B2B sector (EPC contractors, end users and OEMs), it serves international markets both through its own offices (based in India and Mozambique) and via authorised local partners in Abu Dhabi, Muscat and Madrid. These partnerships ensure proximity to customers and a strong competitive advantage in international commercial negotiations.

Dipietro Group represents Euronext’s 56th listing in 2026.

The admission and issue price of Dipietro Group shares was set at €1.5 per share. Not including the exercise of the overallotment option, the amount raised is €1.9 million. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) raised €2.1 million altogether.

Carla Dipietro, CEO of Dipietro Group, said: “The listing on Euronext Growth Milan represents a new impetus for the Dipietro Group’s growth trajectory, strengthening its structure and consolidating its market position. This achievement is the result of the collective efforts of the entire team, the support of the advisers who have guided us through the listing process, and the confidence shown by investors in our business plan. I would also like to extend my thanks to the founder, Antonino Dipietro, whose vision laid the foundations for the company’s development. For us, the listing represents a tangible lever to support the group’s development plans and to continue generating lasting value for the market and for all stakeholders”.
