Paris – 25 September 2026 – Euronext today congratulates D.A.T.E., a leading player in thermal innovation for critical technologies, on its listing on Euronext Growth in Paris (ticker code: ALDAT).

Founded in 1979, D.A.T.E. is positioned as a key high value-added player, at the heart of fast-growing critical markets, combining high barriers to entry, visibility and industrial scale-up potential. A French company and member of the French Defence Technological and Industrial Base (BITD), D.A.T.E. designs, develops and manufactures heat exchangers for critical applications in the Defence and Deep Tech sectors. On markets where the number of qualified players is limited, the solutions developed by D.A.T.E. address critical thermal applications, such as embedded defence systems (fighter aircraft and helicopters in aerospace, submarines and frigates in naval applications, radar systems for land-based operations), as well as particle accelerators, space applications, quantum computing and high-performance computing infrastructure (data centres). These solutions meet the highest requirements set by its customers, particularly in constrained environments (extreme temperatures, high compactness, mass constraints), with rapid development cycles. Thanks to this expertise, the Company benefits from long-term commercial relationships with leading customers, including the European Space Agency, Airbus Defence and Space, Arianespace, the CEA, CERN, Fermilab, Hensoldt, IASF (Institute of Advanced Science Facilities), the Institute for Basic Science, Leonardo, Safran, SCK CEN, Shanghai University, TechnicAtome, Thales, TRIUMF and the University of Tokyo, representing a key source of visibility and creating significant barriers to entry.

As an alumnus of Euronext’s IPOready programme, D.A.T.E. received dedicated support in preparing for its listing on the stock exchange. Its IPO is also the first transaction carried out under Euronext’s new IPOgo scheme, designed to facilitate and accelerate access to the stock market for small and medium-sized companies.

D.A.T.E. was listed through the admission to trading on 25 September 2026 of the 2,254,156 shares making up its equity of which 653,409 shares allocated under Global Offering1, including 601,756 new shares after the full exercise of the extension option, and 51,653 existing shares, excluding the potential exercise of the over-allotment option.

The admission and issue price of D.A.T.E shares was set at €19.36 per share. Market capitalisation was €43.6 million on the day of listing. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) raised €12.6 million altogether.

The Offering was a resounding success among institutional and individual investors. The Global Placement was oversubscribed 1.25 times and the Fixed-Price Offer was oversubscribed 6.95 times.

Philippe Bottu, Chairman and Chief Executing Officer of D.A.T.E. said: “We are delighted with the success of this IPO and would like to express our sincere thanks to all the institutional and individual investors who have placed their trust in us. Our positioning in the strategic Defence and Deep Tech markets, our expertise in extreme thermal environments and the confidence of major international customers provide a solid foundation for accelerating our growth. Our commercial portfolio of more than €80 million through 2030, nearly one-third of which currently benefits from a high level of visibility, illustrates D.A.T.E.’s development potential. We aim to achieve revenue of more than €35 million by 2030, with an EBITDA margin exceeding 30%. The proceeds raised will enable us to support this trajectory by strengthening our industrial capabilities, broadening our offering and expanding our international presence. They will also give us the means to pursue targeted external growth opportunities, starting with the first transaction currently underway. Together with our teams, customers, partners and shareholders, we intend to continue developing D.A.T.E. into a leading international provider of thermal solutions for extreme environments.”
