  • Market capitalisation of NOK 20.96 billion
  • 74th admission on Euronext in 2026

Oslo – 5 November 2026 – Euronext today congratulates Cadeler plc (ticker code: CDLR), a leading offshore wind installation and services company, on its admission to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. The admission follows the redomiciliation of the Cadeler Group’s parent company from Denmark to the United Kingdom, with Cadeler plc replacing Cadeler A/S as the listed parent company. This is the 74th admission on Euronext in 2026.

Cadeler is a provider of offshore wind turbine transport, installation and maintenance services, operating a fleet of specialised vessels designed for the installation of offshore wind turbines and foundations. With its modern fleet and depth of expertise across onshore and offshore operations, the company supports the development and maintenance of offshore wind farms in Europe and internationally.

The admission to trading follows a voluntary share exchange offer by Cadeler plc to the shareholders of Cadeler A/S, under which shareholders were offered one share in Cadeler plc for each share held in Cadeler A/S. The offer achieved an acceptance rate of 92.06%. Following completion of the offer, Cadeler plc becomes the parent company of the Cadeler Group. Trading in Cadeler A/S shares on Oslo Børs is suspended, with the shares expected to be delisted following the completion of the compulsory acquisition process.

A total of 355,404,839 shares were admitted to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. At market opening, the share price was NOK 59 per share, giving Cadeler plc a market capitalisation of approximately NOK 20.96 billion at opening on its first day of trading.

Mikkel Gleerup, CEO of Cadeler plc, said: "We highly appreciate the strong support shown by our shareholders for the redomiciliation. The acceptance rate of above 92% reflects the confidence our shareholders place in the strategic rationale for moving our parent company to the United Kingdom. We are pleased to have been able to implement a corporate structure that better reflects the scale and global reach of our operations. At the same time, we are delighted that Cadeler will continue to be listed on Euronext Oslo Børs, a venue which we have found to be a consistent source of support for Cadeler and our continued growth since our initial listing in 2020.”
