Oslo – 21 May 2026 – Euronext today congratulates Borr Drilling (ticker code: BORR) on its uplisting from Euronext Growth Oslo to Euronext Oslo Børs. The company returned to Euronext in December 2025 with a listing on Euronext Growth Oslo. This is the 22nd listing on Euronext so far this year. 

Borr Drilling is an international offshore drilling contractor focused on the shallow-water segment of the oil and gas industry. The company owns and operates a modern fleet of high-specification jack-up drilling rigs designed to support offshore exploration and production activities worldwide. Incorporated in Bermuda in 2016, Borr Drilling has established a global operational presence serving major energy markets across multiple regions.

At the market opening today, the share price was NOK 58.26 based on the closing price on Euronext Growth Oslo on 20 May 2026, giving the company a market capitalisation of NOK 18.38 billion on the first day of trading on Euronext Oslo Børs.
