Dublin – 31 July 2026 – Euronext today congratulates BLK Global PLC, a proprietary digital marketplace for the sourcing, trading and physical fulfilment of raw materials and commodities, on its listing on Euronext Access in Dublin (ticker code: BLKX).
BLK Global PLC is structured around two main business units, BLK Technologies and BLK Shipping.
BLK Technologies is the technology division of the Group, a peer-to-peer marketplace (www.blkcommodities.com) for buying and selling raw materials and commodities. It is designed to connect businesses for efficient transactions across various categories, such as agricultural, chemical, energy, construction, industrial, and metals, addressing diverse business needs and positioning as the go-to horizontal marketplace for the procurement of raw materials. The marketplace offers a streamlined four-step purchase process and supports multiple payment and shipping options, including a global shipping service.
BLK Shipping is the physical fulfilment arm of BLK’s shipping operations, providing commercial management and operational oversight for vessels chartered on behalf of BLK’s customers to deliver the commodities traded on the marketplace as well as outside it. BLK’s shipping and fulfilment division executes the global delivery of commodities and raw materials traded on the marketplace. More specifically, this service addresses the off-line shipping operations process for large quantities of commodities in bulk. BLK consolidates customer orders into larger vessels managed by a dedicated shipping operations team. This aggregation strategy optimises cargo loads and routes and is intended to reduce per-unit transport costs.
BLK Global PLC was listed through the admission to trading on 31 July 2026 of the 16,666,375 ordinary shares making up its equity.
The admission and issue price of BLK Global PLC shares was set at €2.92 per share. Market capitalisation was €48.7 million on the day of listing.
BLK Global PLC is the second company to join Euronext Access in Dublin. Overall, more than 160 companies are listed on Euronext Access.
Gabriele Dadò, Founder & Group CEO of BLK Global PLC, said: “Today’s admission to Euronext Access Dublin is our Rubicon moment. It marks both the culmination of an eight-year journey and the beginning of a new adventure. Our decision to list on Euronext reflects our international ambition and our confidence in Ireland as a gateway to European capital markets. We look forward to continuing our growth as we expand our technology platform, strengthen our global presence and deliver on our mission to digitalise commodity trading.”
