Shell plc - First day of single line trading

Shell plc has simplified the company’s A/B share structure into a single line of ordinary shares. Today is the first day this single share line trades on Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange and on the New York Stock Exchange (in ADR form).
To celebrate this milestone, Marjan van Loon President-Directeur Shell Nederland BV and Harry Brekelmans Executive Director Projects & Technology Shell plc sounded the gong in the Amsterdam exchange. They were welcomed by Simone Huis in ‘t Veld (CEO Euronext Amsterdam) and René van Vlerken (Head of Listing Euronext Amsterdam).
