Today, the gong was sounded by Paula Cathersides, owner of Juice by Nature.
Located in the exchange building but with an entrance on Warmoesstraat, Juice by Nature serves freshly made cold pressed juices, locally roasted coffee, guilt-free treats and a gorgeous selection of energy-boosting foods.
Juice by Nature also tries to avoid plastic and unnecessary food waste wherever possible. All cold-pressed products are packaged in eco-friendly, reusable glass bottles that are recycled in the cafe. For all other menu items, biodegradable and recyclable packaging is used.
