In this innovative publication, the author brings together the global investor relations community for the first time and demonstrates how the investor relations profession has evolved from a transactional function into a strategic, globally interconnected discipline. Yasae also addresses the growing influence of investor relations on corporate decision-making, the rise of ESG and purpose-driven investing, and the impact of regulatory changes such as MiFID II.
