ATEME specializes in developing and manufacturing video compression equipments and software. Products are for facilitating and accelerating the broadcasting live or on demand video streaming. The group also provides electronic encoders and decoders supporting Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) formats and compression standards MPEG-2 and MPEG-4/AVC, transcoders distributing videos for multi-screen use and multiplexers grouping several TV channels in satellite or cable broadcasting systems.
