Blue Finance Challenge – Winners Dutch final

Trashlights won the Dutch finale of the Blue Finance Challenge. Jamiyah van Guilik, Co-founder of Trashlights, sounded the gong to mark the occasion. Together with fellow students from Rijn Ijssel Arnhem and Co-founders of Trashlights, Niels de Boer and Tycho Berkhof. Trashlights is aiming to help fight littering by placing lighted messages on public garbage cans and using the slogan ‘we fight pollution with a light solution’. They were welcomed by Simone Huis in ‘t Veld, CEO of Euronext Amsterdam, and Francesco Valdini, Corporate Actions Analyst at Euronext Amsterdam. The Blue Challenge is an international partnership between JA Europe and Euronext N.V. for young Blue Economy entrepreneurs.
