Verenigde Nederlandse Compagnie celebrates acquisition by sounding gong

The Verenigde Nederlandse Compagnie (ticker symbol: VNC) opens trading and celebrates the successfully completed acquisition of DGB Energie and De Groene Belangen Behartiger. The acquisition includes a 100% interest and will not lead to a so-called ‘reverse takeover’. Geert Schaaij as CEO will give further substance to the strategy of VNC. Director of DGB Energie, Mark Logtenberg, sounds the gong to symbolically give a go-ahead for further development of the strategy.
