Euronext partner Screen Group celebrates integration with TRG

Screen Group opens the trading day at the Amsterdam stock exchange to celebrate its strategic partnership with Euronext Amsterdam as well as its recent acquisition by TRG.

Since 1990 Screen Group offers a range of specialised services and solutions for the professional financial information services industry. Euronext Amsterdam uses Screen’s market data management system, INFOmatch, to pro-actively manage its market data administration, including processes around market data usage, compliance, billing & reporting. The strategic partnership with Euronext Amsterdam concentrates on optimising business processes through product development and setting standards for exchanges to professionally manage their market data (products).

Additionally,  in mid-January it was announced that Screen has been acquired by TRG. The acquisition of Screen will further solidify TRG’s position as a global market leader in enterprise spend management. The new company will have a greater suite of complementary, innovative software solutions for the world’s leading financial, legal and professional  services firms. This includes the full spectrum of subscription spend management capabilities across expense management (FITS, INFOmatch), usage tracking (ResearchMonitor), enquiry management (Quest), specialist consulting services (Screen Consultants) and events (Screen Markets).
