About the ETF market structure and strategy team
The team sits at the intersection of market microstructure, quantitative research and client strategy. Operating across Paris, Milan and London, we define the trading experience for one of Europe's fastest-growing asset classes. Our mandate includes:

The role
As ETF liquidity manager, you will own the liquidity agenda for the platform, from designing pricing schemes and supervising quantitative research, to leading client engagement with senior decision-makers at top-tier institutions. You will serve as Euronext's market structure authority, representing the company in front of demanding, high-profile counterparts. You will work closely with business development, quant and product teams.
You will be primarily responsible for:
1. Market quality and liquidity strategy
Analyse order book dynamics and trading member behaviour, translating data into strategic insights to improve ETF liquidity
Lead competitive benchmarking and market quality assessments to sharpen Euronext's positioning and drive continuous improvement
Act as the internal centre of expertise on ETF liquidity, guiding adjacent teams and informing product and commercial decisions
2. Pricing and programme architecture
Design and evolve competitive fee structures and market making programmes aligned with Euronext's strategic positioning
Oversee end-to-end implementation of pricing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across billing and trading systems
Build robust business cases to support pricing changes and deliver measurable value for clients and the platform
5. Client and stakeholder engagement
Lead high-stakes interactions with liquidity providers and trading participants
Craft and deliver compelling, data-driven narratives for senior management, clients and industry forums
Partner with business development to convert market quality insights into differentiated client propositions
4. Innovation and feature deployment
Lead the rollout and adoption of advanced trading functionalities, including enhancements and new liquidity mechanisms
Define and deliver deployment strategies, coordinate stakeholders and drive adoption among key market participants
5. Quantitative leadership and collaboration
Frame business needs as well-defined quantitative problems
Supervise and develop the quant analyst, defining priorities and ensuring modelling outputs are robust, relevant and operationally actionable

Your profile
At least seven years’ experience in ETF trading, liquidity management or market structure, ideally gained at an exchange, asset manager, bank, market maker or proprietary trading firm
Deep command of electronic trading, order book dynamics and ETF market microstructure
Established credibility with sophisticated market participants; comfortable engaging at senior and C-suite level on both commercial and technical topics
Sharp analytical mind, able to turn complex market dynamics into clear, actionable strategies; quantitative skills valued, but deep modelling expertise is not required
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives autonomously, owning outcomes end-to-end

MTS (part of the Euronext Group) is a leading operator of regulated electronic trading platforms and market data services for the European fixed income market, leading in the European Government Bond space and recently expanded into Credit. The MTS platforms support daily transaction volumes of more than €220 billion daily.
We are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to support the launch of Swaps business as well as our existing data products and business. As part of this role, you will have a dual reporting line, firstly to the Head of Data and Domestic Markets of Euronext MTS and then to the Euronext Global Head of Quant Research and will be based in London, alongside members of both teams. In this position you will also work closely with the MTS Product Development and Business Analysis teams to create a Swaps pricer and analytics and to further refine our data offering to clients, that include real-time API feeds and composite prices.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop a swap pricer for the main currencies (initially EUR, USD, GBP) .
- Testing and benchmarking accuracy of the pricer versus existing solutions in the market.

About the department
Being part of Euronext Market Services (EMS), EMS Markets is at the heart of the Euronext organization. EMS is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with two operational centres in Amsterdam and Paris. Managing the safety net for trading and safe keeping of the Euronext financial markets within the legal framework to ensure fair and orderly markets for all Cash, Derivatives and Commodities products trading is part of the day to day work. The two teams operate daily from 06:30-22:30 CET.

Depending on the shift, the Market Surveillance Analyst has responsibility over a portfolio of international Equity, Index or Commodity Derivative products. One of the main tasks is to supervise the portfolio of Derivative products and trading behaviours to ensure fair and orderly trading is safeguarded. Within your responsibilities you will take necessary actions to prevent irregularities in the market and to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for:
- Maintaining the derivative safety nets that are used for trading to avoid particular occurrences such as significant price deviations or flash crashes. This can be done by tuning settings and resolving derivative pricing alerts and adjusting pricing parameters.
- Based on rules and regulations, take decisions to halt and reopen the derivative contracts and decide if trades are aberrant or if orders need to be cancelled.
- Monitor the Derivative alerts, spot, report and escalate irregularities based on the Euronext trading procedures, rulebooks, MIFIDII regulation and Market Abuse framework.
- Maintain the test environment and perform sanity checks for on new trading platform releases to secure a safe production environment
- Provide expertise and write Requirements in the diverse projects EMS Markets is involved with.
- Calculation of high-quality daily settlement prices and expiry prices used as closing prices for the Exchange and used by the clearing house for settlements
Your profile
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Science
- At least three years of experience in the financial sector, including strong expertise in derivatives. Experience in market surveillance within a derivatives exchange environment is considered an advantage.

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for handling all matters related to securities law arising from the development of Euronext Securities and the implementation of the Euronext strategic plan. Your expertise will be required to anticipate and resolve legal challenges specific to this sector, particularly in terms of cross-border regulation, and compliance with European standards.
