Listing Sales specialist

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Listing Sales specialist to join the Athex Primary Markets team. The position will be based in Athens and start 1 October 2026. You will report to Lillian Georgopoulou, Head of Listing Greece.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Pitching Euronext’s listing solutions to prospective clients, including IPO candidates and listed companies

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and decision-makers

• Identifying and executing new growth opportunities to maximise revenue uplift

• Gathering comprehensive market and client intelligence to inform sales strategies

• Supporting campaigns and initiatives to promote Euronext’s listing services

• Analysing client needs and providing tailored solutions to drive engagement and satisfaction

• Contributing accurate market and client feedback to influence product development

Your profile:

• Strong understanding of capital markets and listing processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proven experience in sales, business development or client-facing roles (suggested minimum: five years)

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to build relationships and engage with senior stakeholders

• Commercial acumen and strategic awareness

• Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Abilities to work in an international and matrix organization

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field
