Key Accountabilities

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Learning and supporting identity and access management (IAM) processes, tools, and standards across the organization
  • Collaborating with the IAM team and stakeholders to ensure smooth and secure identity lifecycle operations
  • Following established procedures to help maintain identity services, directories and access control mechanisms
  • Contributing to the integration of IAM practices within broader cybersecurity activities
  • Supporting the operation and maintenance of identity governance and administration tools
  • Assisting in the management of roles, permissions and access requests, ensuring compliance with security policies
  • Helping to monitor system releases, patches and updates, including basic reporting of key performance indicators
  • Contributing to application onboarding activities, joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes, recertification campaigns and orphan account reviews
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and working closely with senior team members to resolve issues
  • Participating in the automation of access and permission processes
  • Supporting testing activities to ensure IAM solutions meet audit, privacy and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting in cybersecurity-related tasks such as incident support and vulnerability follow-up

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related technical field
  • Basic understanding of IT service management (ITIL) and experience with ticketing tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Eager to learn about IAM solutions (such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk or Teleport)
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong motivation to learn, collaborate and grow in cybersecurity and identity management
  • Interest in cloud platforms (such as EntraID, Azure or AWS) is a plus
  • Any exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Python or Java) is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship
