Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Fixed Income Market Specialist to join the Fixed Income Retail Markets Team. The position will be based in Milan.

Gross Annual Salary starting from: 36.000 euro

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Monitoring other primary markets to propose new bonds for liquidity providers’ activity on EuroTLX and MOT markets
  • Analysing product characteristics to ensure full compliance with regulations, sensitive procedures and the technical requirements of trading and settlement systems
  • Computing periodic statistics for fixed income products across the Group to support the team in defining business development strategies
  • Conducting competitor analyses to identify market trends and potential areas for improvement
  • Performing client analyses to strengthen relationships with issuers and liquidity providers
  • Supporting day-to-day listing activities and related projects

Your profile:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Python skills for automating statistical reports
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative and client-focused mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver precise, timely and high-quality work
  • Prior experience in fixed income markets or related areas is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive operational improvements
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to anticipate and effectively respond to client needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
  • One to three years of relevant experience
