Join us a Business Manager, digital assets !

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Business Manager, digital assets to join the TEAM Digital Assets. The position will be based in Paris,  and start on September 2026.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Acting as the CEO’s right hand, supporting the operating engine of the Digital Assets unit as a true generalist.
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape on distributed ledger technology (DLT) and security tokens, both in traditional and decentralised finance.
  • Preparing sharp, executive-ready materials for internal updates and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Tracking key workstreams and deadlines across product, legal/regulatory and commercial topics, flagging risks before they become issues.
  • Proactively following up on open items with internal and external stakeholders (legal counsel, regulators, technology partners) to keep projects on track.
  • Taking on ad hoc projects and analysis, including market research and competitor scans.
  • Supporting the team with operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Your profile:

  • Two to four years’ experience in consulting, banking, startups or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity; able to build structure where none exists.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills; able to produce clear, executive-ready materials.
  • Organised, with sound judgement on priorities and the confidence to flag urgent issues.
  • At ease engaging and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable using AI tools for drafting and research.
  • Interest in financial markets and digital assets; strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in English required; another European language is a plus.
  • Degree in business, finance, engineering or a related field.

Working with us means joining a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation — and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”

At Euronext, we believe change is a starting point, not an obstacle. We look for people who see growth opportunities, think long term, and want to help shape capital markets for future generations.

Working with us means:

  • Being part of a European, international and diverse team – Collaborate across borders with talented colleagues connected by a shared ambition and purpose.

  • Learning as you grow – Develop your skills through continuous learning, real responsibilities and flexible career paths that evolve with you.

  • Having an impact – Contribute to projects that matter, in an agile and dynamic environment where your ideas help drive progress.

  • Driving sustainability – Play an active role in building transparent, responsible and sustainable capital markets for the long term.

Together, we don’t just support markets — we help shape their future.
