In the context of strong growth of the Group and to support the next strategic plan of Euronext, the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team is currently looking for a motivated Compensation Specialist Trainee to join our great HR team in Porto.

As a Compensation Specialist Trainee, your key accountabilities will be:

Workforce Planning staff cost monitoring:

  • Support HR and C&B team on the monthly Workforce planning process for headcount and staff cost.

  • Assist HR team to extract and analyse monthly and quarterly reporting.

  • Proactively support Business Leaders and finance partners to organize monthly review, coordinate proper communication within the HR population, ensure data accuracy and data alignment between the several systems.

  • Contribute to the annual Target Operating Model preparation and discussions, as well as Budget and Staff Cost exercise.

  • Support tool and processes for continuous improvement.

Compensation:

  • Support Compensation and HR team in different projects or compensation processes.

  • Support in preparing reporting and presentation for management review.

  • Provide administrative support for compensation-related projects and initiatives.

  • Support communication, training and information sharing to the HR team across the group.

The key accountabilities only describe the main activities and are not exhaustive. It evolves depending on the expertise level and ongoing projects.

Your profile:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Excel.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a team environment and with different international stakeholders.

  • Proactive, motivated to learn, rigorous and trustworthy approach to work.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

  • Fluency in English required.
