Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an Innovation and AI Apprentice to join the Innovation Department. The position will be based in Paris, and start in September. You will report to the Innovation Manager.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Supporting strategic innovation initiatives through competitive and technological monitoring, helping to maintain Euronext’s awareness of industry trends

  • Assisting in the identification and prioritisation of use cases and projects, meeting with internal business units to understand operational needs and design transformative AI-driven solutions

  • Facilitating idea generation sessions, collecting and prioritising innovative concepts for scalable implementation

  • Collaborating with technical teams to develop projects from conception to deployment, including requirements gathering, prototyping, and tracking key performance indicators

  • Helping to organise and execute innovation events such as hackathons and workshops, and developing demonstrators to showcase new technologies

  • Supporting the design and delivery of training sessions and educational content on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies

  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, and communicating project progress and outcomes to senior leadership

Your profile:

  • Technical skills: Understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications, familiarity with agile and iterative development methodologies, basic knowledge of blockchain and emerging financial technologies, proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools

  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, strong organisational and teamwork abilities, proactive and creative mindset, eagerness to learn and drive change

  • Number of years of experience: Previous internship or academic project experience in innovation, project management or technology is a plus but not mandatory

  • Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme (engineering, business, computer science or related field), proficiency in English required; French or another Euronext market language is a plus
