Join Euronext as a Procurement Support Officer (Fixed-Term Contract)

As a Procurement Support Officer, you will support daily operational procurement activities, contributing to cost optimisation and risk mitigation while ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

This is a fixed-term position based in Porto within an international and fast-paced environment, offering exposure to procurement and vendor management activities across multiple European entities.

You will play a key role in Vendor Management Office (VMO) activities, contractor management, timesheet processes, and purchase order operations.

Hybrid work model: 4 days per week in the office

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare and manage VMO contract drafts (LBC for onboarding only and first extensions), covering approximately 360 contractors across Italy, France, and Portugal

  • Perform LBC PR validation in Boost for Italy, Portugal, and France

  • Manage Purchase Order (PO) creation and dispatch to vendors for Italy, Portugal, and France

  • Coordinate DocuSign workflows, including vendor and internal Euronext signatures

  • Maintain and update VMO contract files for Italy, Portugal, and France

  • Oversee timesheet management for Italy, Portugal, and France

  • Monitor and validate joiners and leavers across Italy, Portugal, and France

  • Update and maintain internal databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance

  • Send monthly timesheet reminder emails for Italy, Portugal, and France

  • Extract timesheet submission reports for Italy, Portugal, and France

  • Produce timesheet completion reports for KPI reporting purposes

  • Distribute validated and approved timesheets to vendors during the first week of each month

  • Support Professional Services onboardings and extensions in Workday for France, the UK, and the Netherlands

  • Provide Business-as-Usual (BAU) support for VMO and Accounts Payable activities, including timesheet-related processes

  • Ensure compliance with all corporate contracting policies and procedures

  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships aligned with organisational objectives

Your Profile

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines

  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract management is required

  • Preferably experience negotiating procurement categories such as hardware, software, telecom, and contingent labour

  • Self-starter with a track record of supporting cost-saving initiatives and successful contract negotiations

  • Strong technical and communication skills

  • Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments

  • Well-organised with strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; French, Italian, and German are a plus
