Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We’re looking for a proactive and strategically minded Marketing and Business Support Associate to join our Central Securities Depository (CSD) Sales and Relationship Management team in Paris.

As part of the Marketing and Business Support team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Euronext Securities’ communication and marketing strategy, ensuring high-quality content, strong brand consistency, and impactful client-facing materials.
You will leverage a variety of marketing tools and platforms—CRM, email marketing, landing pages, analytics, and events—to help strengthen our visibility and client engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic content creation & communication

• Contribute to the execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and Group communication standards.

• Draft, edit, and adapt high‑quality content for multiple channels (website, newsletters, social media, campaigns, events, client materials).

• Ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic messaging tailored to specific audiences.

Digital marketing & campaign execution

• Support the creation and management of marketing campaigns, using tools such as CRM marketing modules, email marketing platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, landing page builders, etc.

• Manage or support event‑related communication (invites, registration pages, event follow-up).

Sales support (secondary focus)

• Collaborate with Sales to prepare tailored and visually compelling presentations, factsheets, and pitch materials.

• Assist with CRM data quality, basic analytics, and dashboard preparation to support commercial insights.

Market intelligence & strategic insights

• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory developments.

• Synthesise findings into actionable insights to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline with strong foundations in content and digital marketing.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, communication, or a similar role, ideally in an international organisation.

• Excellent writing and editing skills (clarity, structure, tone adaptation); ability to craft compelling narratives.

• Strong command of digital marketing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, email marketing tools, landing page builders).

• Familiarity with CRM systems for marketing or lead management activities.

• Good understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and scheduling tools.

• Strong research and analytical skills; ability to turn insights into recommendations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerBI knowledge is a strong plus.

• Solid organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
