Au sein de l’équipe Marketing & Partenariats du service Primary Markets d’Euronext, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans les activités de la Bourse de Paris. Vos missions :

·       Promotion des marchés financiers : Participer aux actions marketing et de business development pour promouvoir les marchés financiers auprès d’entreprises de toutes tailles et secteurs, des start-ups aux grandes entreprises.

We are looking for an AI Security Engineer to join our Security Ai Operations team in Porto office where you will have the opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure AI systems built on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Copilot agent frameworks. You will be the primary owner of AI-specific security controls, responsible for safeguarding model pipelines, agentic workflows, and enterprise data from emerging threats in the generative AI landscape. 

Key Accountabilities 

AI Platform Security — Azure AI Foundry 

Design and enforce security baselines for Azure AI Foundry workspaces, including network isolation, private endpoints, managed identity configurations, and role-based access control (RBAC). 

Conduct threat modelling for model training and inference pipelines, identifying risks such as model inversion, data poisoning, and supply chain compromise. 

Implement and maintain encryption-at-rest and in-transit controls for model artefacts, training datasets, and inference outputs stored in Azure Blob Storage and Azure Data Lake. 

Define and audit Azure Policy assignments to enforce guardrails across AI resource groups, preventing misconfiguration at scale. 

Evaluate and harden Azure AI Foundry Prompt Flow deployments, reviewing flow logic, external connectors, and output sanitisation. 

  

Copilot Agent Security 

Assess and secure Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and custom Copilot extensions, focusing on plugin trust boundaries, Graph API permission scopes, and data exfiltration vectors. 

Develop and test countermeasures against prompt injection, jailbreaking, and indirect instruction attacks targeting deployed agents. 

Review and approve connector configurations for Copilot agents accessing enterprise systems (SharePoint, Dynamics, third-party APIs), applying least-privilege principles. 

Build automated adversarial test suites (red-teaming pipelines) that continuously probe production agents for policy violations, sensitive data leakage, and behavioural drift. 

Collaborate with Microsoft Purview and Defender for Cloud teams to extend data loss prevention (DLP) policies to AI-generated outputs. 

  

Model Governance & Compliance 

Own the AI model risk register, documenting risk ratings, residual risks, and accepted exceptions for all models in production. 

Map AI system controls to relevant frameworks including ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act requirements, and internal enterprise risk policies. 

Design model card and system card templates that capture security-relevant metadata (training data provenance, known limitations, misuse potential) for all deployed models. 

Lead periodic AI security reviews, producing actionable remediation plans with severity ratings aligned to CVSS and OWASP LLM Top 10. 

Support audit, legal, and procurement teams with third-party AI vendor security assessments and due diligence questionnaires. 

 

Skills Required to be successful in the role: 

 

  • Minimum 3 years of higher education in IT, cybersecurity, or risk management, or equivalent experience 

  • BSc in Cybersecurity preferred 

  • BSc Computer Science, Economics, International affairs, Law or equivalent 

  • Knowledge and passion about IT and Information Security 

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English 

  • Strong experience in Azure cloud security, including RBAC, managed identities, and network isolation  

  • Proven ability to design and enforce security controls and policies in cloud environments (e.g., Azure Policy)

    Join us as an Operational Resilience & Crisis Officer within the Risk & Compliance department, a team of more than 40 professionals in risk, business continuity management, internal control and compliance, located across our various geographies. The team is dedicated to preserving the company’s value, assets and reputation by identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, raising awareness, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

    Being part of Euronext Market Services (EMS), EMS Markets is at the heart of the Euronext organization. EMS is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with two operational centres in Amsterdam and Paris. Managing the safety net for trading and safe keeping of the Euronext financial markets within the legal framework to ensure fair and orderly markets for all Cash, Derivatives and Commodities products trading is part of the day to day work. The two teams operate daily from 06:30-22:30 CET.

    About the position

    Depending on the shift, the Market Surveillance Analyst has responsibility over a portfolio of international Equity, Index or Commodity Derivative products. One of the main tasks is to supervise the portfolio of Derivative products and trading behaviours to ensure fair and orderly trading is safeguarded. Within your responsibilities you will take necessary actions to prevent irregularities in the market and to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

    The candidate will be primarily responsible for:

    • Maintaining the derivative safety nets that are used for trading to avoid particular occurrences such as significant price deviations or flash crashes. This can be done by tuning settings and resolving derivative pricing alerts and adjusting pricing parameters.
    • Based on rules and regulations, take decisions to halt and reopen the derivative contracts and decide if trades are aberrant or if orders need to be cancelled.
    • Monitor the Derivative alerts, spot, report and escalate irregularities based on the Euronext trading procedures, rulebooks, MIFIDII regulation and Market Abuse framework.
    • Maintain the test environment and perform sanity checks for on new trading platform releases to secure a safe production environment
    • Provide expertise and write Requirements in the diverse projects EMS Markets is involved with.
    • Calculation of high-quality daily settlement prices and expiry prices used as closing prices for the Exchange and used by the clearing house for settlements

    Your profile

    • Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Science
    • At least three years of experience in the financial sector, including strong expertise in derivatives. Experience in market surveillance within a derivatives exchange environment is considered an advantage.
    • Analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong affinity for financial trading
    • English: full professional proficiency is required; Dutch or French is a plus
    • Strong IT acumen
    • Python knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
    • Hands-on approach, organized, with attention to detail and able to bring structure
    • Team player and intercultural competence and excellent communication skills with ability to work in a virtual team across locations to achieve common goals and deliver projects
    • Able to take decisions under pressure, in consultation with other more experienced colleagues, and able to handle stressful situations
