You will be primarily responsible for:

Your profile:

  • Short or medium higher education, or equivalent experience, in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with fundamental IAM concepts such as joiner-mover-leaver (JML), single sign-on (SSO) and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Previous experience in security management or similar roles, such as system administration.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, with knowledge of group policy objects (GPOs), access control lists (ACLs), organisational units (OUs) and related infrastructure.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts, including servers, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and firewalls.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
  • Knowledge of IGA systems such as SailPoint and Okta.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and RMA platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards.

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a key technical leadership role in the design and evolution of shared platform services used by the Convergence Programme. Summary of the Role and Department 

Euronext is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Event Manager to join the team in Amsterdam. The Event Manager Amsterdam is responsible for organizing events in Amsterdam, including IPO ceremonies, conferences, courses and seminars, as well as supporting all kinds of different events if needed. The role focuses on delivering creative, high quality events while managing costs and driving continuous improvement through post event evaluations. The Events team is part of the Communications department of Euronext. The team is present in all eight Euronext home countries and is responsible for organizing more than 400 events annually across Europe, in person, hybrid and virtual formats. The Event Manager in Amsterdam will join the local Events team, led by the Senior Event Manager, reporting to the Group Head of Events and working within the broader Communications function. The position is based in Amsterdam, with occasional travel within Europe to support events in other Euronext locations. 

Events organized by Euronext are at the heart of the group’s communication strategy. The Event Manager will support the organization of key events such as: 

  • Traditional gong ceremonies 

  • Listing ceremonies in the context of Initial Public Offerings 

  •  Workshops and academic events, such as the multi day Euronext education program IPOready 

  •  Business or private breakfast sessions, lunches and dinners 

  •  Internal staff events, such as the End of Year Party and Summer Drinks

  •  Large commercial client events such as the annual New Year Celebration

 

Key Accountabilities 

The Event Manager will be responsible for: 

  • Organizing and delivering virtual, hybrid and physical events, courses and conferences in Amsterdam, including gong ceremonies, workshops, seminars and large scale events, in close coordination with business teams and clients 

  • Coordinating all event logistics, including invitations, guest lists, catering, presentation materials, audiovisual support, media, webcasting, photography, security procedures, signage and gifts 

  • Briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers, as well as internal stakeholders 
    Liaising with internal teams such as Legal for contracts, managing supplier onboarding, raising purchase orders and handling invoicing 

  • Organizing events in the Euronext Amsterdam building as well as external venues, across physical, virtual and hybrid formats, in close collaboration with Euronext subsidiary Company Webcast 

  • Working closely with the Communications Manager and Listing teams in Amsterdam 
    Ensuring all events and materials comply with Euronext branding and marketing guidelines, in collaboration with the Group’s design agency and internal Brand and Content team 

  • Managing event related website content, registrations and communications through event tools, and ensuring regular internal reporting 

  • Contributing to international projects and collaborating with colleagues across Euronext locations, including participation in weekly team meetings 

  • Acting as the key contact for business stakeholders organizing events within scope 
    Collaborating closely with teams within Communications, including Press, Social Media, Web, Brand and Content and Internal Communications, as well as with Marketing, Facilities and Investor Relations 

  • Ensuring ESG compliance for events and proposing initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint 

 

Your Profile 

We are looking for a candidate with: 

  • Previous experience in an events role, ideally within an international environment, with approximately 2 years of professional experience in communications, media relations, events and or marketing. Exposure to PR and social media is a plus 

  • Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus 

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills 

  • The ability to work with senior stakeholders and maintain high standards in both the design and execution of events 

  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and perform under pressure and tight deadlines

 Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Data Privacy Counsel to join our Compliance Team in Porto. This is a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) position, starting in July 2026, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission.

 

You will report to the Data Protection Officer and work within the Data Protection Team, which forms part of the Compliance department. The Compliance department and Data Protection Team act as support functions, providing advice and assistance to the Euronext group.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

In collaboration with the Data Protection Officer and the team, you will be in charge of ensuring the privacy compliance of the Euronext Group (GDPR and other applicable privacy laws). As data privacy counsel, you will be in charge of the integration of new acquired companies in the Euronext GDPR framework and of the performance of GDPR monitoring programs. You will be involved as well in our BAU with the following tasks:

  • Update of the record of processing,
  • Integrate of new acquired companies in the Euronext privacy framework,
  • Assist and monitor the completion of privacy impact assessments,
  • Validate of contractual clauses relating to the protection of personal data,
  • Awareness actions,
  • Assist the business in BAU activities on all privacy topics.

 

Your Profile:

  • Initial experience of three to five years in a law firm or company, focused on data protection
  • Degree course specialised in Law and/or personal data protection
  • Keen interest in financial markets
  • Knowledge of other privacy regulations and cybersecurity is appreciated
  • Rigorous, organised, with excellent interpersonal and writing skills
  • Good knowledge of IT tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneTrust
  • Transparency, pragmatism and team spirit
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
  • French language skills are appreciated
