Join our Business Operations team as a Fiscal Services operations intern in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fiscal and tax-related activities within a leading European post-trade services provider. You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural environment, supporting international operations and learning from experienced professionals.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Supporting the accurate and timely processing of fiscal and tax-related activities, including foreign tax transactions, withholding tax, tax relief at source and tax reclaims, in line with market rules and internal procedures.
  • Assisting with the preparation and execution of tax reclaims requested by clients, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met.

      • Porter seul(e), sous la supervision et le pilotage du juriste en charge, les revues, échanges et négociations juridiques des contrats avec les équipes business, techniques et opérationnelles de la société à l’égard des contreparties.
      • Participer aux exercices de due diligence dans le cadre des opérations M&A pour le Groupe, revoir la documentation contractuelle et apporter un support aux négociations juridiques.
      • Etablir des notes juridiques sur des problématiques dans des domaines variés (droit commercial, droit boursier, droit financier, droit des sociétés, gouvernance d'entreprise).
      • Participer au secrétariat juridique et à l'organisation des conseils d'administration et des assemblées générales des diverses entités françaises du groupe.

      Profil du/de la candidat(e)

      Etudiant(e) d’une formation Bac +5 en droit des affaires et en école d'avocats (EFB, etc.) ou, idéalement, un Bac +5 accompagné d'une formation en école de commerce ou d'IEP, vous avez une première ou plusieurs expérience(s) réussie(s) en cabinet d’avocats international ou en entreprise du secteur financier, ainsi qu’une appétence accrue pour les marchés financiers.

      • Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais (oral et écrit) indispensable
      • Parfaite maîtrise des outils informatiques bureautiques (Word, PowerPoint et Excel)
      • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), proactif(ve), doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, d’une capacité d’intégration dans une équipe, et de très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et d'analyse
