Within the Risk & Compliance department, a team of more than 40 talented professionals in Risk, Business Continuity Management, Internal Control and Compliance, spread across our various geographies, is ensuring to preserve the value assets and reputation of the company. Identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, informing and raising staff and business awareness, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulations are the core activities embedded in our team.

In this department, Group Resilience, Operational and Technology Risk Team is covering the second line of defense function on ICT (Information and Commination Technology) Risk, including Data, IT, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity and Third‑Party risk for the Group. The team also ensures the continuous strengthening of ICT Risk Management and Digital Operational Resilience maturity across the Group. Stakeholders are located in all Euronext entities (Paris, Porto, Milan, Oslo, New York, Dublin, Copenhagen…).

We are seeking a proactive and structured ICT Risk Officer to strengthen Euronext’s risk management framework and Digital Operational Resilience Strategy, and to further enhance our capacity to identify, assess and monitor the main ICT and operational risk drivers arising from both internal and external environments, including geopolitical tensions, market dependencies, technological disruption, AI evolution and emerging cyber threats. An important focus will be on forward‑looking risk assessments and the integration of emerging threats into the ICT risk framework.

You will play a key role in developing, coordinating and overseeing ICT Risk across the Group, working closely with a broad community of key experts, including Risk Managers, Business Continuity Managers, IT and Cybersecurity specialists, and Data and Innovation teams.

You will support the deployment of the Digital Operational Resilience Strategy and contribute to AI risk assessments, the monitoring of cyber threat intelligence outputs, and the analysis of geopolitical, physical and climate-related risks. You will also optimize ICT risk tools, methodologies and processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the Group.

You will actively contribute to the definition, consolidation and reporting of the Group ICT Risk Profile, supporting senior management oversight and informed decision-making related to digital and operational resilience.

Key accountabilities

We are looking for a motivated apprentice to join the Group Risk team. The apprentice will support the team in strengthening the Group’s ICT risk management framework and Digital Operational Resilience Strategy across all Euronext entities.

The apprentice will contribute to the development of local ICT and operational risk profiles within Euronext entities and support transversal, Group‑level risk analyses.

Mains activities are:

1. Threat intelligence; Emerging Risk

Join us as a Talent Projects Officer in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)!

Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join thegroup Talent team as an International Graduate (V.I.E). The position is based in Amsterdam, starting in September 2026 for an initial duration of 12 months, which can be expended. You will report to the Head of Talent.

This an amazing opportunity to make a significant impact on key Talent Development projects and contribute to various HR initiatives for Euronext Group, while working in close collaboration with Euronext's local HR teams.

You will be primarily responsible for:

1) Talent Development to train and develop our employees on strategic and transversal topics across businesses / locations :

  • Design and deliver group-wide training programmes on topics such as management and leadership, financial markets business knowledge, soft skills and more, in different formats ; handle logistical aspects, monitor usage and ensure optimisation

  • Supporting core talent management processes, liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

  • Manage our online platform (Learning Management System), ensuring the content is up-to-date and relevant. Perform the assignation of mandatory trainings and manage associated reporting

  • Support the local Talent Development roadmap of our Amsterdam office, in collaboration with the local HR team

2) Talent Acquisition for Euronext's International Graduate Programme (VIE):

  • Drive the recruitment processes for our International Graduate Programme (VIE) in collaboration with Hiring Managers across various functions and locations: clarifying hiring needs, screening CVs, conducting job interviews, managing the hiring process.

  • Oversee the onboarding of VIEs. Provide ongoing support, conduct regular check-ins to support their development, address any concerns, and facilitate their career growth

  • Manage the offboarding process for VIEs, including conducting exit interviews and liaising with other HR departments to support continuous opportunities within the Euronext Group.

3) Project management:

  • Contribute to the development of new projects related to talent development, learning, employee engagement and HR development, working closely with local HR teams across Europe in order to lead HR Transformation, enhance HR team's capabilities and support Euronext's strategic plan, "Innovate for Growth 2027"

Your profile:

  • Eligible for the VIE programme as per Business France criteria

  • One to four years’ work experience in consulting, HR, project management or a related field, with exposure to training, employee development, talent acquisition or HRIS management

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), as English is our working language

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • People-oriented, collaborative and proactive, with strong oral and written communication skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn

  • Project management experience with good organisational skills

  • Experience with HRIS or LMS is desirable and a strong plus

Join Euronext Technologies as a network engineer and play a key role in designing, maintaining and optimising our network infrastructure to support business and technical requirements.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Participating in infrastructure and business projects to define the most efficient network architecture
  • Leading the maintenance of network solutions to enable effective management of business and technical requirements
  • Leveraging artificial intelligence and automation tools for network provisioning and deployment
  • Managing the maintenance of the infrastructure using standardised processes and automated tools
  • Providing detailed high- and low-level design and test plan documentation, and liaising with other team members to ensure alignment
  • Managing third-party suppliers to ensure operational effectiveness and influence design decisions, maximising business benefit from the network infrastructure

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in network engineering, ideally in a complex and critical environment

  • Ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation (designs, test plans)
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and service-oriented approach

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field is preferred
