Heineken sounds gong for Holland Heineken House

Heineken (ticker symbol: HEIA) sounds the gong at the Amsterdam exchange. The ceremony does not only mark the opening of trading, but also acts as a pre-opening ceremony for the Olympic Games and the Holland Heineken House, which will officially open on the 9^th of February.

The Holland Heineken House, hosted by The Netherlands Olympic Committee (NOC*NSF) and organized by Heineken, is the official national house of The Netherlands during the Olympics. The Holland Heineken House is the place where sports and emotions come together to create unforgettable experiences. Guests from all over the world are invited to watch all action live on the big screens and experience spectacular stunts, emotional award ceremonies and thrilling performances by some of the best Dutch artists. 

Because many Dutch fans in the Netherlands, who cannot attend the Holland Heineken House, have to miss its unique atmosphere, Heineken is introducing Holland Heineken Thuis in the Grand Café Heineken Hoek on the Leidseplein in Amsterdam. From the 9^th until the 25^th of February Holland Heineken Thuis will be the place to celebrate the Olympic Games and Dutch athletic performances in the Netherlands.

The new futures were introduced Friday 26 January. Le CEO Rudi De Winter et la CFO Alba Morganti ont ainsi sonné la cloche marquant l'ouverture des marchés à Bruxelles, quelques jours après que l'entreprise ait gagné le prix "Introduction en bourse de l'année" catégorie "Grande Entreprise" lors de la 7ème Conférence du Marché Boursier qui s'est tenu à Paris. Amsterdam Young Citizen of the Year 2017

Amsterdam Young Citizen of the Year 2017 sounds the gong

The Stadmakertjes Foundation (‘little citymakers’) has organized the junior election ‘Amsterdammertje van het Jaar’ for the sixth time. The City of Amsterdam and Rabobank support this initiative financially. In the past couple of months, everyone in Amsterdam could nominate their little hero, aged 8 to 15 years. A jury chose the top 10 finalists and the winner. The most important selection criteria: the winner should be someone who is selflessly committed to something or someone, and sets an example for others.

Amsterdam Young Citizen of the Year 2017, 15-year-old Salim El Meriami, sounds the gong and opens the trading day. For over 4 years, Salim has committed himself to bringing together people from Amsterdam Nieuw-West. In a very professional way he has organised dozens of neighborhood events where people can meet each other. He was nominated by 5 Amsterdam organizations, characterizing him as “responsible, well-organized, indispensable, a great person to be proud of, hard-working, professional, and someone who prevents problems.”
