Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Junior Press Officer to join the Media Relations team. The position will be based in Paris (La Défense) and start in September 2026. You will report to the manager of the Paris media relations team.
You will primarily be responsible for:
You would be working within the Group's Media Relations team in Paris (today composed of three permanent positions), and would be primarily involved in media relations with the French and UK press, working alongside an international team located in the company's respective countries.
This permanent position represents a fantastic opportunity for a young professional looking to kick-off his/her career in corporate and financial communication within a Global Communications Direction. The position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience working alongside C-level representatives at an international company.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and proactive media relations with FR, UK and other international media around corporate and local announcements
- Contribute to increasing Euronext’s media visibility on a broader range of topics and business activities such as Primary Markets, Post-Trade, Indices, Cash & Derivatives, Corporate Services and financial results, further improving Euronext’s daily media engagement
- Organise interviews, press conferences and support the preparation of dedicated key messages and briefing notes for the CEO and members of the executive committee and managing board
- Contribute to the Corporate Communications team projects among an international team of Communications Managers across 8 countries
- Draft communications materials such as press releases, briefing notes and Q&As for interviews and conferences, opinion pieces, social media posts
- Support overseeing the efficient media monitoring and production of daily of press reviews
Your profile:
- Bac +5
- IEP, Business Schools, Top-level Universities, Communications Schools…
- Main cursus in Communications, Public Affairs or Finance
- 1 to 2 years of experience through internships, apprenticeships or first jobs
- First experiences in media relations or finance are a plus
- Dynamic, rigorous, curious and quick to react
- Good writing and communication skills
- Ability to analyse and synthetise
- Autonomous and able to take initiatives
- Native French speaker, Full English Proficiency
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to travel occasionally to the UK and other European locations for business trips
