VIE Project Support Officer

Introduction
Join Euronext as a VIE Project Support Officer in Amsterdam within the EMS Client Services & Membership (CS&M) department. Starting in June or July, you will support the delivery of key projects, including the integration of new markets and the roll-out of Euronext Securities as the default central securities depository. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment at the heart of European capital markets.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Supporting the Project Manager and CS&M teams in the delivery of internal and external projects
• Participating in project meetings and contributing to discussions
• Coordinating the implementation of changes across teams
• Supporting CS&M teams in gathering and obtaining necessary data for projects
• Liaising with IT teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintaining a clear overview of issues and requests related to projects and initiatives
• Supporting the assessment of current processes and procedures, proposing improvements where possible

Your profile

• University degree or master’s degree
• Ability to work in a virtual team across locations to achieve a common goal
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude to assess and resolve issues
• Good organizational skills, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
