Project and Business Manager

Euronext’s Derivatives team designs and manages a broad range of futures and options derivatives products (equity and fixed income), empowering clients to hedge risk and capture trading opportunities across European markets. Leveraging deep market expertise and advanced analytics, the team works closely with clients and key internal stakeholders, including operations, IT, post trade and legal, to deliver innovative solutions tailored to real trading needs. Serving a diverse client base, from retail brokers to institutional investors, the team continuously develops new solutions that unlock trading opportunities and improve market quality.

We are looking for a project and business manager to join the Financial Derivatives team at Euronext, reporting to the Head of Financial Derivatives – EQD & FI.

You will primarily be responsible for:

Project management and delivery

·       Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of new product and service initiatives, from idea to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.

·       Gathering and formalising business requirements with key stakeholders.

·       Creating and tracking project plans, managing risks and ensuring successful delivery.

Stakeholder engagement and representation

·       Coordinating with internal teams and external clients to ensure project success.

·       Representing the team in committees and meetings, presenting updates and defending priorities.

·       Supporting change management and preparing user documentation for new products.

Business support and strategic contribution

·       Assisting the head of the team with budget monitoring and performance indicators.

·       Helping define and implement the team’s strategy, preparing presentations and supporting decision-making.

·       Managing priorities and tracking progress on key initiatives.

Continuous improvement and innovation

·       Identifying ways to improve processes and project management practices.

·       Proposing and implementing new tools or digital solutions to boost efficiency and reporting.

·       Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Your profile

• Two to three years’ experience in project or business management, ideally in financial markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset, proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Degree in business, finance, engineering or a related field.
