We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Operational Resilience & Crisis Management team. The intern will support the team in strengthening the organization’s ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptions and crisis events. 

The internship will provide exposure to key resilience domains including Business Continuity Management (BCM), crisis management, operational resilience, and testing programs. 

 

1. Support Crisis Management and Exercise Programs 

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of crisis simulation exercises (natural disaster, cyber attack e.g..) 

  • Support the development of exercise scenarios and inject 

  • Participate in the documentation of ICT and Recovery exercise results and lessons learned 

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement processes 

2. Contribute to Operational Resilience Activities 

  • Assist in the review and update of business continuity plans 

  • Support coordination with business teams to ensure BCM documentation is complete and up to date 

  • Contribute to the planning and tracking of BCM testing activities 

  • Assist with mapping critical services and dependencies 

  • Help review and update resilience documentation and procedures 

  • Participate in the analysis of risk and disruption scenarios 

3. Documentation and Reporting 

  • Help maintain resilience documentation, procedures, and internal guidelines 

  • Support preparation of internal reports, presentations, and dashboards 

  • Contribute to the tracking of action plans and improvement initiatives 

  • Other missions could be conducted by the trainee depending on the external situation 

 

Skills required 

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to analyse, summarise and present information 

  • Ability to organise and execute work efficiently 

  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit 

  • Autonomy

Intern/Apprentice Profil  

  • Bac+4/5  or gap year Sciences Po, Business Schools, Risk management, European affairs, International affairs, Threat intelligence Master Degree… 

  • Knowledge in risk and business continuity management  

  • Interest in Crisis management  

  • Project Management skills 

  • International environment  

  • Dynamic, rigorous, curious and quick to react 

  • Good writing and communication skills 

  • Autonomous and able to take the initiative 

  • Fluent in French and English
