We are a fintech trading software company (60+ employees) undergoing a transformation from a project-driven model to a scalable, product-led organisation. We are building a cross-functional squad model, strengthening DevOps, and modernising our product portfolio. We are seeking a CTO to lead this Engineer Teams.

Mission

Lead engineering excellence, architecture integrity, and scalable SDLC implementation.

The CTO is responsible for engineering excellence, architecture integrity, SDLC implementation, and scaling the engineering organisation. The CTO ensures that the company builds software efficiently, securely, and sustainably. He must ensure engineering discipline and scalability. This role requires deep technical expertise and leadership courage. This is a high-impact and high-accountability transformation leadership role.

Profile & Qualifications

  • 10+ years engineering experience
  • Experience managing 20+ engineers
  • Strong background in C++ and backend systems
  • Experience implementing modern DevOps practices
  • Structured leadership style
  • Comfortable collaborating with CPTO
  • Fintech or trading systems experience preferred
  • Fluency in English.
