Senior Regulatory Advisor
As a Senior Regulatory Advisor, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing strategic advice on regulatory matters. You will play a key role in liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring that the organisation's practices align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the regulatory, supervisory and market developments relevant to the entities of Euronext group, working closely with the wide legal and regulation team located in the various jurisdictions where the group operates along the whole value chain that includes numerous market and post trade infrastructures, with a main focus on post trade.
2. To actively engage with the business in relation to queries with respect to the interpretation of Rules and procedures, and provide support in the discussions with the regulators of the Euronext countries
3. to be the regulatory reference point in meetings with French authorities such as AMF and ACPR as well as with French Associations/working groups and support the organization in French regulatory matters.
Knowledge is required with reference to MIFID, EMIR, CSDR, Dora, Prospectus regulation, ect.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulatory advisory role, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
