Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext Corporate Services, as part of Euronext, is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our HR Team as an International Graduate (V.I.E), from May 2026 for an initial period of 12 months, in Oslo.

The HR team within Euronext is composed by almost 40 talented HR professionals and offers a complete range of people services including recruitment, induction, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, leadership, performance and talent management.

Main responsibilities

Reporting into the HR Business Partner for Euronext Corporate Solutions, the VIE HR Project Officer will support the expansion phase of ECS.

You will evolve within a dynamic environment, in an international matrix organisation. The VIE will be based in Oslo office and will work with teams located in several locations across Europe.

You will work in close collaboration with managers around Europe as well as local HRBPs, supervising Corporate Solutions function.

Overall, the VIE HR Project Officer will be a critical component of the HR team on the following aspects:

Active contribution of the recruitment plan and interface with hiring managers Follow-up on HR reporting Onboarding processes implementation with Managers Participate in transversal HR projects at Country and Corporate level (ie transformation initiatives, post M&A)

Key responsibilities include

  • Support in the PMI (Post Management Integration) of Admincontrol
  • Active contribution to the Recruitment plan project in partnership with the HR Business Partner Function, Hiring managers, External Recruitment agencies, as well as local HRBPs. It may include CV screening, interviews, support and coordination with candidate to provide the best-in-class candidate and manager experience.
  • Deliver regular HR reporting about the Recruitment process to the local HR Business Partner and to the Business teams.
  • Ensure a follow up on onboarding process & update the HR system: offer, background check, contract, up to full Euronext onboarding programme implementation (training, buddy programme …).
  • Provide advices on all global HR processes in their local implementation.
  • Participate in transversal HR projects at Country and Corporate level depending on the Euronext People strategy execution.

Your profile

We are looking for the below skills:

  • Master degree in HR, business school or labour law with a first experience in Project Management
  • Great communicator, strong relationship-building skills
  • High level of flexibility
  • Integrity, confidentiality and attention to details
  • Real team player with a passion for cultural differences
  • Ability to be the perfect intermediary between support and business functions
  • First experience in HR/Talent acquisition or consultancy HR is a plus

Fluency in English and French preferred. Any other European language is a plus.
