Join us as a HR Generalist in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)!
Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext Corporate Solutions, as part of Euronext, is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our HR team as an International Graduate (V.I.E), from May 2026 for an initial period of 12 months, in Oslo.
The HR team within Euronext is composed of nearly 60 talented HR professionals and offers a complete range of people services including recruitment, induction, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, leadership, performance and talent management.
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Supporting the HR Business Partner for Euronext Corporate Solutions in all HR activities, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding and HR reporting
- Assisting in the implementation of the recruitment plan, including CV screening, interview coordination and ensuring a positive candidate and manager experience
- Delivering regular HR reporting on recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinating onboarding activities, from offer and background checks to contract management and integration into the Euronext onboarding programme
- Providing guidance on the local implementation of global HR processes
- Participating in transversal HR projects at both country and corporate level, including transformation initiatives and post-merger integration
- Collaborating with managers and HR colleagues across Europe in a matrix organisation
Your profile
- Master’s degree in human resources, business or labour law, with initial experience in project management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of flexibility, integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work confidentially and as part of a team
- Passion for working in a multicultural environment
- First experience in HR, talent acquisition or consultancy is an advantage
- Fluency in English and French preferred; other European languages are a plus
