Project Manager

Euronext’s Cash Equity & Data Services has an ambitious projects roadmap, including the launch of innovative trading services or the development of new data products.

To help drive these ambitious initiatives, we are seeking a Project Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience to coordinate and deliver complex projects at the intersection of business and IT.

You will work closely with product teams, IT product owners and business analysts, and play a key role in supporting the evolution of our trading and real-time market data systems.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Coordinating the execution of assigned projects, overseeing documentation, project delivery and readiness of internal units in line with Euronext’s internal processes

• Ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across diverse stakeholders, including business, IT, operations, legal and compliance, throughout all project phases (IT study, testing and roll-out)

• Acting as a proactive contact point between business and IT teams, arbitrating between options and optimising execution

• Contributing to high-quality business requirements, reviewing technical specifications and external communication documents for completeness and consistency

• Tracking project progress, managing risks and reporting on costs and milestones to senior management

• Supporting business teams to shape new ideas into viable services and products, contributing to pre-studies, business case definition and external communications

• Defining technical requirements for key Euronext IT systems, including trading and market data distribution systems

• Coordinating the implementation roadmap for the Cash Equity & Data Services portfolio, managing several complex projects aligned with strategic business goals

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in engineering or from a top-tier business/engineering school

• 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, consulting or transformation roles

• Proven experience managing projects with IT teams

• Highly organised, able to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to drive results in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

• Quick learner, able to rapidly acquire new knowledge and challenge teams when necessary

• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential; French fluency is a significant advantage

• Exposure and interest into data-related projects and agile methodologies is a plus

• Familiarity with financial services or financial markets is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
